Small Group Training Classes with Certified Trainers/ Personal Trainers
You can join small group training classes with certified trainers/personal trainers, which are held in our fitness studios.
There are a few options to choose from for these drop-in classes:
- LES MILLS GRIT - 30 minute HIIT classes (Cardio, Athletic, Strength)
- POUND® - 45 minutes
- SMALL GROUP TRAINING- 45 minutes
Schedules
Classes are posted on the Group Land Fitness Schedule by the 15th of the month for the following month, and can be found on the Y's Mobile App.
Fees
15 Days of Fitness Packages - Available December 9th - 23rd
LES MILLS GRIT: Member fees are $3 for a 30-minute class. Punch cards for Les Mills GRIT classes are sold at the Welcome Center Desk. You can purchase a $15 card for $15, $30 card for $27, or a $60 card for $54.
POUND®: Member fees are $3 for a 45-minute class. Punch cards for POUND® classes are sold at the Welcome Center Desk for $15 or you can purchase a $30 card for $27.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING: Member fees are $5 for a 45-minute small group training class. Punch cards for small group training classes are sold at the Welcome Center Desk; you can purchase a $20 card for $18 or a $50 card for $45.
MONTLY UNLIMITED SMALL GROUP TRAINING: Member fee is $37.00 per month. Fee can be paid monthly or can be added to your monthly membership bank draft.
Class size
Class space is limited per class and accomodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to attend
To attend a DROP-IN Small Group Training class, purchase a punch card at the WELCOME CENTER DESK.
Cards are punched at the beginning of each class by the trainer.
Cash payments are accepted at the WELCOME CENTER DESK only. A cash receipt will be given upon payment.
Bring cash receipt or punch card to trainer at the beginning of class to attend in small group training class.
