Aerial Yoga Instructor
The Fond du Lac Family YMCA is hiring a qualified aerial yoga instructor with a passion for sharing their aerial yoga skill & knowledge with YMCA members. The instructor is responsible for planning aerial yoga class sessions, supervising class participants, and positively modeling and reinforcing the YMCA’s core values and mission statement while providing the YMCA membership with a fun, quality fitness class.
We are seeking a seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to create a positive member and employment experience at the Y and provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for aquatics staff. Our Aquatics Coordinator develops, organizes, and implements high-quality, member-focused YMCA Aquatics programs as it relates to the YMCA and collaboration efforts with the Boys and Girls Club.

Member Experience Director
The Fond du Lac Family YMCA is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual excited to create a memorable and positive member experiences at the Y. This position guides all aspects of membership including supervision of assigned staff, recruitment of new members, and retention of existing members. The Director also develops, organizes, and implements high-quality, member-focused YMCA Active Older Adult programs.
The Fond du Lac Family YMCA is looking for a motivating individual to help guide our personal training clients with personalized fitness programing and small group classes. Must be ACE, NASM, ACSM or NSCS certified or a bachelor’s degree in a field of exercise science. Flexible schedule! Early morning and early evening availability is desired. Wage varies based on session type.

Water Aerobics Instructor
The Fond du Lac Family YMCA is hiring a water aerobics instructor to positively model and reinforce the YMCA’s core values and mission statement while providing Y members and guests a fun quality fitness class.
Wage Scale: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
Hours per Week: 4 - 8 hours per week
Work Week: Varies
RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning class sessions, supervising class participants, helping to train new instructors.
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. No certification required. Some experience required.
