Land Fitness Classes:

Aerial Yoga - Strength & Tricks - Safely build upper body and core strength while having fun adding tricks to your Aerial Yoga workout. Inversions, basic tricks, fitness and strength training. Aerial experience not necessary. This is a paid class.


Barre Above™ is a class that fuses ballet, pilates, aerobics & strength training. Barre above is for everybody! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone.


Bootcamp “Fun"ctional total body workout for everyone mixing cardio, body weight, interval & strength training using a variety of equipment such as battle ropes, tires, boxing bags, box jumps, kettlebells, free weights and more! This is a paid class.


ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards® Roll back joint pain and muscle loss at any age—through slow & gentle, scientifically designed full-body rebalancing workouts that focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and relieving chronic aches, pains, and joint stiffness.


ESSENTRICS® Stretch & Tone A full body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching. The technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate changes to your posture. Perfect for men and women of all fitness levels, this program rebalances the body, prevents and treats injuries and unlocks tight joints. Leave class feeling energized, youthful and healthy!


Feldenkrais Bones For Life is recognized for the strategies it employs to improve posture, flexibility, coordination, and athletic and artistic ability and to help those with restricted movement, chronic pain and tension.


Group Cycling lets you find your own rhythm in a cycling workout that delivers maximum cardio results with minimum impact on your joints.  This class simulates riding on flat terrain or hills while incorporating sprints, jumps and leisure riding.


Hatha Flow Yoga is a slower-paced flow focused on developing strength, alignment, flexibility and mindfulness. This practice will guide you through breathwork, mediation, balance and power poses, helping you find your center and leaving you feeling empowered.

HIIT Training High intensity interval training (HIIT) involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times, using equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, free weights, barbells, medicine balls, heavy bags, TRX straps and more! This is a paid class.


Kettlebell Bootcamp Combines kettlebell movements into a full body 40 minute “fun”-ctional workout that mixes cardio, interval and strength training using a variety of equipment such as battle-ropes, tires, boxing bags, box jump and more. Strength & endurance training. This is a paid class.


Les Mills BARRE™ (virtual) is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.


Les Mills BODYATTACK™ (live & virtual) is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. 


Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ (live & virtual) is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  You will bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.


Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ (live & virtual) is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class.  


Les Mills BODYPUMP™ (live & virtual) is a toning and conditioning class with weights for men and women wanting to add strength training to their aerobic workout.

Les Mills BODYSTEP (live) Basic stepping, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt & thighs.


Les Mills BORN TO MOVE (virtual) classes take the effort out of activity by making it fun, combining a motivating and scientifically proven mix of age-appropriate movement with music.  Classes available for ages 4-12.


Les Mills CORE™ (live & virtual) is ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.


Les Mills DANCE™ (live) is a 45-minute high-energy workout that combines innovative dance with the latest music to drive energy and motivation in every move.‚ÄčThe workout is anchored in 3 cardio peaks, a warm-up, and a cool-down.


Les Mills FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH™ (live) a series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life.


Les Mills GRIT™ Athletic (virtual) this class enhances athletic performance: speed, strength, agility, as well as plyometric movements for overall athletic conditioning. 


Les Mills GRIT Cardio (live & virtual) this session combines high-impact body weight exercise with an explosive workout with no equipment needed. 


Les Mills GRIT Strength (live & virtual) uses barbells, plates and the bench to take training to the next level. Blasts all major muscle groups, leaving muscles shaped and toned. 


Les Mills RPM™ (live & virtual) tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves. 


Les Mills SPRINT™ (live & virtual) is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.


Les Mills SHAPES™ (live) an invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility.


Les Mills SH’BAM™ (live & virtual), featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star - even if you're dance challenged.


Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ (live) is a 12-week, 45 minute progressive full-body workout focusing on setting a strong foundation of good technique within a traditional compound strength training structure. This entire workout is in intervals of time, with tempo guides for certain exercises.


Les Mills THE TRIP (live & virtual) is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. 


Parkinson's Exercise Class Participants need to be able to handle light to aerobic and strengthening exercises.  Interested participants will need to schedule a quick assessment appointment. Once approved, register at the YMCA Welcome Center. This is a paid class.


SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. This class is intended for active, older adults.


SilverSneakers® Classic focuses on strengthening muscles & increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.


Strength & Stability focuses on standing strength and stability exercises utilizing body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and step work to build muscular endurance, balance, and coordination.


Tai Chi Concepts is a series of natural movements using relaxation and breathing to generate health, longevity and internal strength & power.


Women & Weights is a workout where each week you will focus on different muscle groups (upper & lower body) through use of weights, bars and body weight exercises.


Yoga postures focus on correct alignment, strength building, range of motion, breathing techniques and deep, revitalizing relaxation.


Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance that features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.


Zumba +Gold is a high energy Zumba class suitable for all ages - from kids to seniors. Join the party, highlighting the basics of Latin and international dance rhythms.


Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work.

Water Fitness Classes:

AQUA ABS & ARMS - Any Level - This class is a 45 minute moderate ab workout.

AQUA FIT - Any Level - Join us for a fun and energetic water fitness session. Great for beginners, works all muscle groups, provides effective aerobic training, and increases your flexibility. 

DEEP WATER POWER - Any Level - This class is a more intense cardio and muscular strength workout combing cardiovascular work, deep-water running, jogging, bicycling, and cross-country skiing movements. Focus on muscular strength motions that work the body’s major muscle groups.

MORNING GRIND WATER AEROBICS - Any Level - A mid tempo aerobics class geared towards increasing the heart rate, as well as, strengthening and stretching the body to get your day started on the right foot.

MID-TEMPO AQUA BEATS - Any Level - Energize your day by starting it out in the pool with a fun total-body workout to a great moderate beat.

POOL PARTY - Any Level - A great workout in the water with just a little extra pep in its step. Total-body moves with just a little less impact for your joints.

SPLASH JAM - Any Level - This is an aerobic workout that develops strength, increases muscle tone.

TONE & STRETCH - Any Level - This is a full body, slow-paced, low key, non-aerobic class focusing on stretching, toning, balance, strength and mobility. Participants use belles, stretch bands and bouyancy boards with freestyle exercises.

WATER AEROBICS - Any Level - You will get a great workout in the water without the impact on your joints that land classes can give you.

WATER YOGA - Any Level - You will learn all the fundamentals of asana yoga: how to breathe, move, stretch and relax. End results show gains in flexibility and strength.
