WHAT IS THE READY, SET, GLOW 5K?
The Agnesian HealthCare Ready, Set, Glow is a neon, nighttime 5K walk/run event for the entire family. Participants come dressed in their favorite glow-gear & event t-shirt, then join the pre-run festivities as they “get their glow on” at our sponsored neon swag stations.
Waves of runners will begin the run just as the sun sets, making their way around a music filled, double loop in Lakeside Park. They will stop along the way at black light GLOW ZONES, collecting more glow swag, and getting the full effect of their neon glow.
Everyone is encouraged to stick around for the Foam Finale Finish and illuminating post-run celebration.

Same day registration is available at Oven Island, Lakeside Park, from 6:00-7:45 pm on event night.
EVENT T-SHIRTS
If you would like an event t-shirt a limited amount will be available on race day for a $10 donation. Cash only, please.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Packet Pick-up:
- At Oven Island on event night from 6:00-7:45 pm
Packet pick-up is not available at the Y this year.
Event Parking:
Parking lots along Harbor View Drive are open or any side streets south of the park. Do not park in the Oven Island parking lot.
Arrival time, event check-in & start time:
- Packet pick-up and glow swag booths begin at 6:00 pm.
- First wave goes out at 8:00 pm from Oven Island
Glow Swag Sponsor Booths:
Get your glow swag from Fond du Lac Firefighters Local 400 and Sadoff Iron & Metal Company sponsor booths from 6:00 - 7:45 pm. Once the race starts, stop along the way at black light GLOW ZONES (Michels Corporation, Holiday Automotive & Marine Credit Union), to collect more glow swag and get the full effect of their neon glow.
Food Trucks:
Ang & Eddie's, Chameleon Food Truck & Fresh Fit Meals will be at our event with food items for purchase both before and after the run/walk.
Nutrition & Water Stations:
- Water will be available on the course in two areas, sponsored by Excel Engineering.
- Bananas provided by Piggly Wiggly, and water will be available post-run/walk at the FloorQuest nutrition station.
Dogs and Pets
For the safety of our participants, dogs and other pets are not allowed to participate at this event and must be kept off the event course throughout the event.
Pre-Run Dance Party:
Join us as Barb Seidel, Y Group Exercise Coordinator, starts the glow festivities with a dance party from 7:15 - 8:00 pm, with music by Sunny 97.7.
Foam Finale Finish & After Glow Party:
- Post-run/walk, take a dive through the bubbles at the Society Insurance Foam Finale Finish.
- Stick around for the music and fun after the run/walk, as we light up Oven Island with the glowing group of participants.
