LES MILLS SHAPES is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout is packed with options so you can train at an intensity that works for you. You can move at your own pace, slowing down and stopping as you need.

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. Equipment will be supplied in the class.
