WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

BODYVIVE™ instructors provide options for all fitness levels. This means you don’t need to be fit, just ready to get fitter and healthier. You’ll find your fitness, strength and agility improves over a number of sessions. The results you get depend on how hard you push yourself – you can certainly work up a sweat when you’re ready.

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. A resistance tube will be supplied in the class.
