What is it?
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

What does a typical class look like?
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings your body into a state of harmony and balance.
All you need is comfortable workout clothes and something warm to wear during the final relaxation track. You don’t need any shoes. Yoga mats are optional, and provided if needed.
