ACTIVE OLDER ADULT FITNESS CLASS UPDATES & CHANGES


Due to some recent staffing changes, we are making some adjustments and changes to our group exercise class schedules, which may include some class cancellations over the next few weeks.  Our hope is to be able to bring back some of these classes once we have filled instructor positions.

Active Older Adult Class Cancellations

WEDNESDAY 3/31:

  • Low Intensity Aerobics at 7:15 am in the Community Gym
  • Balance & Strength at 7:50 am in the Community Gym

THURSDAY 4/1:

  • Deep Stretching (formerly Yoga Flex) at 6:15 am in Studio 4
  • Silver Sneakers Cardio Circuit at 10:15 am in the Community Gym

FRIDAY 4/2:

  • Strength & Balance at 7:15 am in the Community Gym

Classes in the Community Gym in April

These classes WILL NOT BE on the Community Gym schedule effective April 1-11th:

  • Low Intensity Aerobics at 7:15 am (Mondays/Wednesdays)
  • Strength & Balance at 7:15 am (Fridays)
  • Yoga Flex at 7:55 am (Mondays)
  • Balance & Strength at 7:50 am (Wednesdays)

These classes WILL RUN and are on the Community Gym schedule effective April 1-11th:

  • Silver Sneakers Cardio Circuit at 10:15 am (Tuesdays/Thursdays)

Classes in Studio 4 in April/May

These classes WILL RUN and are on the Studio 4 schedule:

  • Strength & Balance at 1:30 pm (Mondays/Wednesdays)
  • Deep Stretching at 6:15 am (Thursdays); formerly Yoga Flex
