Construction Updates

The Y opened its doors to the new facility on June 1, 2010. Stop in for a tour of the new facility and see all the wonderful changes at the Fond du Lac Family YMCA.

- Aquatic Center with two swimming pools -- a family pool featuring a water slide, current channel and splash zone, and a cooler water lap pool -- and an on-deck whirlpool and steam room

- Life Management Center, nearly double in size, for cardio and strength training

- Workout studios for group exercise

- Two full-size Gymnasiums and two Racquetball courts

- Five locker rooms, designated for families, men, women, girls and boys

- Family Adventure Center play area for children ages 8-12, and Child Watch drop-in babysitting service available to parents while working out at the Y

- Multi-purpose room for classes, seminars and special events

- Licensed Child Care Center, with onsite 4K and ADVOCAP Head Start programs

The new Boys & Girls Club opened its doors in January 2011, providing designated space for recreational activities, homework help, tutoring, enrichment programming, and a teen center.
