The Y is offering a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with young children. Each 60 minute, total-body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, and songs & activities.
With a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, anyone with an infant or toddler is welcome to participate. Participants are required to bring their own stroller and check in at the Y Welcome Center desk prior to each class.
Stroller Aerobics is scheduled weekly on Wednesdays from 10:00-11:00 am and on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 pm. This class is offered free to Y members and is open to community participants for a small fee. If there is inclement weather, the class location is the community gym.
